RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below: 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges 

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Items must be in their original condition:  

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. 

Tags attached and in the original packaging. 

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:  

Sale or clearance items (unless defective). 

Socks, Accessories, and items without proper tags ( as these are leftover / over production stock pieces) 

How to Return or Exchange 

Initiate Your Return/Exchange: 

 Visit our Instagram page (@the.flow.storee) or WhatsApp (+92 327 4965410) and dm the required information, including your order number and reason for the return or exchange. 

Pack Your Items: 

 Securely package the items you wish to return or exchange, including all original tags and packaging.  

Ship the Package: 

 Please Contact our Support Team at theflowstore2@gmail.com or call (+92 327 4965410) or Instagram page (@the.flow.storee) and we will share the address of our warehouse located at Lahore.

Processing Your Return/Exchange:  

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your package. 

Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability. 

Shipping Costs

Exchanges: Delivery Fee will be charged on exchange. 

Defective/Damaged Items: If the return or exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, all shipping costs will be waived. 

Refund Details 

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. 

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
